Your Content

You retain full ownership of all files you upload. We don't claim any rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your files solely to provide the service.

Our Responsibilities

We commit to keeping your files secure, available, and accessible. We maintain 99.9% uptime SLA, implement enterprise-grade security, and provide responsive customer support.

Your Responsibilities

Keep your account credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and our acceptable use policy.

Data Protection

We encrypt all data at rest and in transit. Our security practices are audited annually (SOC 2 Type II). See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

Acceptable Use Policy

To keep Files.Baby safe and reliable for everyone, please use the service responsibly. Here's what's allowed and what's not.

Store and sync your personal and business files
Share files and collaborate with your team
Access your files from any device, anywhere

Store illegal, harmful, or infringing content

Violations & Enforcement

Subscription Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Free Trial

New users get a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card required to start.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You'll receive a reminder email.

Refund Policy

Cancel within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. No refunds for partial months after that.

Price Changes

We'll notify you 30 days before any price increase. You can cancel if you don't accept the new price.

Taxes

Prices exclude taxes. You're responsible for applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax based on your location.

Service Changes

We continuously improve Files.Baby. When we make significant changes:

  • 30 days notice for material changes
  • Email notification to all affected users
  • Option to export your data before changes
  • Continued access to core functionality

Account Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your billing period
  • Download your files before the account closes
  • Files are deleted within 30 days of account closure
  • Some data retained for legal compliance (billing records)

We hope issues can be resolved informally. If not, here's the process:

Governing Law
